The Conservative Education Society is honoured to host a discussion on the future of examinations, which will look at current, future, academic and technical qualifications.
We are delighted to welcome speakers who will discuss the current assessment and qualifications landscape and the future of examinations across our country:
Colin Hughes, AQA's Chief Executive Officer, will talk about the work of the country's largest examinations board and their recent announcement that it plans to move toward digital assessment.
The Rt. Hon. Sir Gavin Williamson CBE MP, former Secretary of State for Education, who will talk about the importance of technical qualifications and the introduction of T Levels under his tenure as Secretary of State for Education.
We will then welcome questions from Society Members.
