Professor Mohammed Abdel-Haq is Assistant Vice Chancellor for Postgraduate Developments at the University of Bolton and Executive Director of the Centre for Opposition Studies. He serves as Director of the Centre for Islamic Finance at the University of Bolton, as well as President of the Board of Hume Institute for Postgraduate Studies, Switzerland.
In 2011, Mohammed was appointed Chairman of the UK Ministerial Advisory Group on Extremism in Universities and FE Colleges. He is an Associate Fellow of the London School of Economics, IDEAS, and Affiliate Professor at Kings College, London, as well as being a Freeman of the City of Oxford.
